If you aren't sleeping propped up yet, might be time to start. If I ever have another baby I'm going to get a recliner to sleep in.

I want a recliner so bad!!!!!!! I have been coughing much more at night now .. and I'm more short of breath, but when I lay in bed propped up a little, my back hurts and my butt falls asleep.

I really HATE coughing so much, it makes my stomache hurt and now especially since i'm stretching out... i feel like when I cough something is going to rip inside me and the baby obviously feels it when I cough- everything tightens while coughing. <img src="i/expressions/coughing.gif" border="0">

Except your muscles that keep your pee in. They get looser with every cough. Start doing your kegals if you haven't already. I didn't have problems with bladder control until after the baby. I've regained most of my control largely in part by doing kegals.
