When on IVS do you still do coliston?

Same here except I remain on the Bactrim which is for my MRSA. My iv's are always for my PA

Same here except I remain on the Bactrim which is for my MRSA. My iv's are always for my PA

I just had a PICC placed and started IVs on Friday (Tobra & Ceftazadime) and my doc told me to continue my normal routine of inhaled antibiotics. I will be on inhaled colistin for the first week of IVs and then switch to my on month of Tobi for the remainder.
