When on Tobramcyin through IV....

I can't remember the dose, but every 8 hours. My weight is currently 135 pounds (I just had a baby, though.) and my height is 5'1". I was on it twice in the last 6 months (in combination with Fortraz and Vancomycin).

Nick9742--Does your young CF doc have some research that was done on the 24 hours? I'm really curious about this now that I have seen the varied answers to this post.
