When you thought about having children what did you do?

i was going to put in my two cents, but never mind i'll keep my mouth shut. i'm just glad i'm having a baby girl in november and i'm going to take care of her to my fullest ability. just because i have cf isn't stopping me from anything <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> and no i don't not know if my baby will have cf. and if she does i will care for her just like i've been cared for. its a crapshoot with every pregnancy you have. you can be the two healthiest people and have something wrong with your child or have a healthy baby and then down the road the healthy parent get diagnosed with cancer, etc.

It's not about ME missing out on anything. It's about a child missing out on a parent who is about to dedicate themselves to raising the child.
