where the heck did these numbers come from?

I have had the same issue with my numbers being VERY high when I thought I was sick. I believe it has something to do with the cough, if it is just a tickle, then its not really in your lungs (yet). So that coughing, is what my doctor calls, natural exercise. So you are not alone. I have had it happen before, although not that dramatic.

DS cultured steno malt about 2 years ago. We'd noticed sort of a dry throat clearing cough, figured it was just a habit he'd picked up. culture sensitivities indicated it was resistant to ceftaz -- something he'd never been on before. His local doctor opted not to treat it, cf doctor put him on septra.
