Who has to use a vest?

I don't know, if I had someone to pat me I might like it better, but I haven't been "patted" since I was a LOT younger and for me the vest is a huge convenience because it was nothing but Flutter before I got a new vest. I imagine it WOULD probably be quite different with boobs :p

I had to use the vest too before transplant and didn't much care for it. It was not as effective as manual CPT for me. I will say though it did make it moe convenient to do CPT - without having to depend on someone else to do it manually.

Yeah, I have a VEST. Have for years. It really works well. I do it for 30min a day twice a day.
it is what is. I have to turn up the TV really loud to hear it or just put it on CLOSED CAPTION.
My dogs like to sit on the bed with me when I do it. It vibrates the bed and they go to sleep. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

But yeah, if you're a girl, it squishes you.

i have used a vest for 3 years and its not that bad. you get used to it after a while and actully it helps my back with all the caughing we do we need some kind of relief right? oh and when i started i did not like it one bit but i got used to it. okey well ya have to.
