Who has to use a vest?

i dont really mind the vest to much. i'm kinda used to it though cuz i got it when i was like 3 and now im 16. when i was little my brother and sister thought it was so cool they said it was like balsting off to space. Its not so bad if u just watch tv when u do it just turn it up really loud. it does suck in the hospital though cuz i have to do it soooooo much i think it is sorta good though cuz it keeps me out of the hospital i only have to go in bout once a yr and to me the hospital is way worse than the vest
