Practically everyone in my dept at work knows. I do a lot of fundraising...so I put myself out there to hopefully get people to take notice.

Sometimes I do wonder if I made the right choice, by being so open with it...but in the end it has helped raise money and get a great strides team going.

Even though people know I have CF; I still get asked about my cough. And why do I miss so much time? I have educated many about CF, who may not have otherwise known about it. But my openess is not fo everyone...

Yea, I think Jamie is 100% right in most cases.

So, when you all get sick, and miss a lot of work, how do you KEEP your jobs? I know we are supposed to be protected by the ADA, but some employers are very sneaky and find ways around it.
