Wii Fit

I just got off of ours about a half an hour ago - I love it!
I like to do the yoga and strength training along with the hula hoop and rhythm boxing. I actually work up a sweat after about 30 minutes (I think I sweat more than the average Joe)

We bought ours on e-bay and payed a pretty penny for it, but I definitely think it's worth it. Our 4 year old can play some of the games and we can even weigh our 1 year old on it (more accurate than our nurse's scale <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">)

Hi, I just finished my first session on the Wii fit and loved it! I was sweating just from doing the various exercises. I have a fairly good endurance for walking 2 miles 4-5x week, but the wii challenged me in many ways. I actually had a fun time trying to get as many hula hoops done in a minute -- never was good in real life :) The balance on one leg was so hard for me.

I would do this everyday just for 10-20 minutes along with my standard exercise. I'd recommend it for someone who wants to slowly get back into all types of exercise (aerobic, strength, flexibility, balance).
