I didnt completely answer your ??....Sorry about that. We have the sports package & the wii fitness that comes with the initial system.

We also have the Wii Fit disc/program as well as additional sports & skiing ones.

I havent tried the outdoor one, but I know I wouldnt be quite up to that yet. I get winded doing an aggressive game of tennis or the joggin under the wii fitness.

Well, they didn't have the Wii Fit--it's in high demand. So, we bought the Outdoors. I haven't tried it yet, because it's for Easter for my son and me to enjoy. Thanks for all the help! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

It did help me to lose a little bit of weight; 7 lbs. so far. I started the Wii Fit in September or October last year and the Outdoor Challenge in January. So, all in all, I haven't lost a lot, but I'm a happy enough with it.
