I've have just made a myspace with information about CF. Anyways, you guys check it out and lemme know if ya'll think I should add anything. I was also thinking about getting pictures of tons of different people with CF and putting them on there so if ya'll wanna give me pics that would be cool.

Looks good, a few grammer errors I would fix, like:

A carrier does NOT have the disease and will shom NO signs or symptoms of carring the CF gene. (Show and carrying).

Cystic Firosis kills the lungs. (Fibrosis is missing a b).

There are THOUSANDS if CF mutations, any combination (should be thousands OF cf mutations)

The treatments though work are very long and tedious. (though work? maybe some commas? not sure what you're going for here).

nope I'm stilll here, thank you for the error check I'm a horrible typer since I got fake nails for the wedding. I've always been a bad speller.

The more politically correct and genetically accurate way to say this is "Most common among Caucasians and Ashkenazi Jews"

And I'm not sure what you did with HTML, but your wording cuts off after "Most"
