I think a good idea to get Famous would be to start out by getting noticed first. Perhaps you can change a few smoiking laws in Japan by being the American who shows how unhealthy smoking can be. Start a campaign. "Appreciate your lungs feed them air"
Just something to think about. Is it hard for you to find restaurants where there is no smoking? I was in Japan's Airport one time returning from Bangkok going to Hawaii. It was gorgeous.
I think in life it is not who knows you but who you help and when you personally help people one by one it is very rewarding. I do think famous people help to inspire. There is nothing like getting your feet wet and working hard to promote a cause.
What do I do to promote a good cause you might think? That remains to be seen. I am working on something now and cannnot say. I hope to one day soon announce my idea that will help many people get well.
