I'm still jumping through hoops trying to get this approved and I'm hoping all this waiting will pay off.

Please tell me your experiences, good, bad or indifferent.
Did it help cut down on inflammation? Were you less SOB after starting it? Do you have pets at home that you are allergic to? Anything you can add that I didn't think to ask?

Thanks

I have a friend who has had the Xolair shots and is doing very well. Her asthma is not as severe anymore, she has even been able to lower many of her medicines as a result! Mainly, her prednisone was able to be discontinued.
I wish that I could help more, I pray that all goes well with the approval process with you and that you see good results. Hugs, Jenn <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

my results have been TREMENDOUS, please see my blog under 'my stuff' regarding xolair, there are a couple different posts but it WILL be worth it. I really wanted it for ABPA because even though I was considered in 'remission' with IGE ~260-360 for a few years I thought it couldnt hurt, might help, and woudl hopefully keep everythign at bay so needless to say I didn thave miraculous ideas of what would happen conjured.

After one week I noticed some thigns like not gettign sinus migraines with rain but I dismissed it, after two weeks it wouldnt take my breathe away walking past somene mowing, dismissed it, after my second shot I couldnt dismiss all the great effects.

less mucous, less things cause me to be SOB, less post nasal drip, less infections overall, easier clearance (less inflammation adn less to get up), less headaches, I havent even used OTC sinus migraine stuff since getting them, I can walk outside when its raining without issues, I can pet my dogs even if they arent freshly bathed without worry etc etc etc
