And so far all i know after researching is that this mutation is most common is Pakistanis

keep in mind that CF mutations aren't the predictor generally of how mild or severe CF is.

modifier genes, adherence to treatment, environmental factors all influence phenotype.

we have many instances of people with the exact same gene combination with variable CF presentations
