I've been taking Culturelle (at Walmart) and have recently added Kefir (unsweetened, unflavored) to my yogurt in the mornings, and the Kefir has helped more than I though it would <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> . They also sell Kefir as a probiotic drink (10 different probiotics, I think?) in flavors, but for some reason, those don't sit well on my stomach (???). The lowfat, unflavored, unsweetened does just fine, though. It also comes in non lowfat, lol.
