I think as a person with CF in temperatures like that Dehydration is a big consideration . There are all kinds of yoga out there that don't cause added challenges. Go for it and give it a try. I agree with everyone else make sure you drink plenty of water. The dehydration will just make it more difficult for you to produce sectetions. I do Saraswati Yoga. But I use a guide book that uses all the yoga positions and has great photo's of the positions . I benefit greatly from yoga and don't have to challenge my body any more than it is already challenged.

The book is called "Yoga Mind Body &Spirit" A Return to Wholeness.
