Yorkies

Since you don't have any animals in the house right now, I personally think it would be ideal to get Paige tested to see if she's allergic to dogs before getting one of any variety, but I understand time wouldn't really allow for that in this specific circumstance.

Many people w/ CF do just fine with pets. But since you have a pet-free home at the moment, it seems now would be the best time to test her for what kind of animals she would tolerate best: before bringing any new ones in (better to know ahead of time than to get really attached to one and have her not do well with it.)

However you decide I wish the best! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Pets can add so much to our lives. We had a cat and he died 2 years ago... the kids still miss him (me too.)

Hi Chelsea
I have had 2 yorkies and now one yorkie-poodle-chihuahua, and I've never had problems. However, I don't suffer from allergies. My cousin has bad asthma and is allergic to many animals, but she has been okay with my yorkies. Yorkies RULE!
