From the CFF:


The FDA has required pancreatic enzyme products to be reformulated and undergo clinical testing in order to receive FDA approval.

Eurand, the maker of Zenpep, received FDA approval for their enzymes.

There is really nothing different about Zenpep.

(Hoping this doesn't get deleted because they're paying this site for ad space.)
