I take Zithromax Mon., Wed., and Fri. Four out of seven days, I have a wine cooler before bed as a casual drink. I haven't noticed any bad side effects. However, the coolers I drink are only 5% alcohol, and I never have more than two. I don't personally like hard liquor, and never drink it. To be safe, I would moderate your drinking and stay away from the hard stuff. This is just my experience.
