I agree with tleigh, I think your sugars get low during the night, and then your body responds by releasing stored sugar from the liver, thus raising your blood sugar somewhat. You have excellent numbers, in my opinion, and have little to worry about. Maybe try getting up several hours earlier...

Could be an ulcer caused by H Pylori. Especially if the pain is way up in your stomach, and antacids relieve it temporarily. Google it. In any case, you should probably see a gastroenterologist.
