    Spit-rag of choice

I  very seldomly spit up mucus, but at the times I do I just spit it in a trashbag. But when I am driving, and I have a rare bout of mucus, opposed to swallowing it, I keep it in my mouth until I hit a stop sign or red light, then open up the door and spit out. Sometimes it can be up to a half...

    Treatment area

I put my nebulizer in one of my drawers on the computer desk, and my therapy vest sits on a little setpstool. All of my meds are in a closet. I keep my microwave right next to the computer with the hypersal and nebs on it. All in all, my CF stuff takes up a very small portion of my room. The...

    What is your FEV1 Score?

My last FEV1 was 74%. I think I'm doing pretty good, haven't been hospitalized since '08. For those of you with FEV1s over 100%, how do you get it so high? Does it have to do with height/body weight?<br>

    Favorite music/band thread

I listen to Perfect Circle, the Pretty Reckless, and a bunch of others. Of course I absolutely love the Beatles! I got into Perfect Circle from the Vampire Dairies: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0Qgk-hVJhs

    When there's a cure.....

The absolute only thing I will miss is my excellent team of doctors/hospital staff. They are very knowledgeable and actually care about their patients. But that's it. There's a whole laundry list of things, mostly what others have said, but there is definitely no love loss between me and...
