I haven't packed yet but my center says to have 3 day supply of your meds as well as toiletries and some loose comfortable pjs and slippers. I'm sure I'll over pack like I was going in for a tune up and take a book and my ipod and maybe some movies lol

Yeah I had horrible growing pains in my hips/knees/ankles/legs when I was younger, usually advil or motrin did the trick as it deals with pain and helps with any inflammation. Sometimes a heating pad helped or actually just getting up and moving around some.

I have so much scarring that the last two times I was in the ER (because of chest pain and short of breath) they actually thought I had pneumonia, but it turned out it was just an exacerbation and thats how bad my chest x-ray looked.
