OK you had a genetic test that was evidently negative. The initial screening, on a genetic test, is 39 most common mutations. A second test is for 100 mutations. There are almost 2000 known mutations, any 2 will give you CF.

I don't have a problem with someone on disability going to PT nor do I have a problem with that person seeing a Personal Trainer. My problem is with weight lifters, basketball players, etc.

My Clinic is Boston Children's. They DO NOT HAVE A WAITING ROOM. As soon as you check in you are taken to a exam room. In there you will see anyone on the CF Team that you are scheduled/want to see. PFT's, blood. sputum, etc are all taken in this room. You had better bring your own reading...
I was dx at age 47. I have never heard of CF symptoms similar to yours. Having said that, I would do two things. Contact your nearest Approver CF Clinic and request a sweat test and make an appointment with the Neurology Department at the largest Teaching Hospital that you can get to.
