I used Ampho in inhaled formed for about 6 months. First, few months were great!! I had an allergic reaction the 6th month. I had a very high fever and was admitted to hospital. I did Caspofungin for 5 months via iv and it seemed to help for the APBA. Good luck!!

One more detail, i just was on caspofungin for 6 mnths for the APBA. It didn't work and my IGE and Aspergillus levels increased. The dr mentioned doing a year of caspfungin. I am thinking if 6 mnts did nothing why try a year if were not sure what is in my lungs. I am allergic to all other...

I agree with everyone it is a matter of personal choice!! I continue to teach Yoga, Pilates, and Boot Camp classes with my PICC line, but I limit the weights. Right now I am teaching Silver Sneakers where I do toning with light weights.

Thank you Erin!! How are you? How is Cleveland? I think Prednisine is horrible!! I feel like the bad out weighs the good!! I am doing Prednisine 2x per day!! I am always high!!

Happy Sunday! I have been on Prednisone for a bit!! My blood sugars go crazy!! Have any of you found a methods of dosing that works for you while on Prednisone? I take 4 additional units when I actually take the Prednisone, but still not 100% working to control sugars!! ANy tricks that...
