Mine get itchy sometimes, too, including my feet. I notice that it's typically only during the winter, so it's probably due to the fact that your skin is dry. I don't think it's anything to worry about--moisturize!!

I take Singular every night and have been on it for almost two years. I didn't notice a significant difference when I started taking it or anything, but I haven't had any problems with it. Go for it!
