Um... how long have you had these friends??? If it is a long time, they haven't noticed you coughing and all that other stuff??? If they were real friends they wouldn't make a HUGE deal out of it (unlike my 7th grade teachers.. *cough*cough*). Anyway... you should tell somebody about the pain...
