Well, why can't you handle even 1 can, I have to do 4... but ask your doctor about the formula 2Cal-HN, I gained about 10 Ibs in the first few months I was on that. Plus, that is the only one that my stomach won't throw back up!

I have had mine for only 2.5 years now (when I was 10), and I think it is pretty useful, because when I do it, I don't have to eat breakfast in the morning, which is a GREAT time saver!
