Hi everyone!
Thanks for all of your responses. Avery is going to have the endoscopy and Ph Probe sometime in the next couple of weeks. For now we will just continue with her prevacid and try to elevate her bed. I will let all of you know how she does when the test is complete.
Anyone with CF and Acid Reflux? Are the two related? My daughter had a bronchoscopy last week and they found acid in her lungs, which means she is aspirating it. Not good...the doc said this can cause major lung damange in the long run. she has to have a endoscopy with a PH probe soon. And...
Is anyone else out there frustrated with friends and family who have no idea what our childrens lives as CFers is like? Its not that they just don't know, because how could they know? But that they don't seem to want to know!! If I try to talk to loved ones about CF they back off and change...

Jennifer,
I don't have CF but my 2yr old daughter does and sometimes she looks like a pregnant toddler...so I completely understand where your coming from on that end. Congrats on having a good check up, I hope my little girl will be doing as good as you at your age.

When my daugter was diagnosed at 18 months, she only had the digestive problems. So, I told myself there is no way she has it...but she did. Now a year later, she is beginning to show symptoms of the lung problems as well. Good luck and I hope your child is ok.

That is wonderful...I will say a prayer for you!! Keep strong and stay relaxed....it will be hard but a baby might be growing inside of you and it needs all the peace it can get!!
