Mine at 11, but I will be tested in another month to see if it raised. Yeah, Alaska winters do have an effect. But the summers! I can stay up til 2 in the morning and the sun is shining again a few hours later. How I enjoy the summers!

So, from my reading I got that full-spectrum lights are the ones I need. Apparently low Vitamin D levels contribute to diabetes, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Here is the article I found, but I still am unsure of which ones are the best lights. Anyone use them??

Just wanted to comment on the college part. Be sure that you talk to the college about accomodations. As I recall, although it's been 15 years, I was listed as disabled without having disability or medicare or anything. This allowed me to be excused from attendance requirements in language...
