    low vitamin D

Mine at 11, but I will be tested in another month to see if it raised. Yeah, Alaska winters do have an effect. But the summers! I can stay up til 2 in the morning and the sun is shining again a few hours later. How I enjoy the summers!

    low vitamin D

I was talking with my boss about my low vitamin D levels and she remarked that if changing my lights (there are no windows in my room) would help, we could do that. Do lights really help with Vitamin D levels? I know there are lights for plant growth and feeling better in winter. Is there a...

    Vitamin D and lung health

I do break up my Vit/Calcium into two doses. I am also on Aquadeks (one twice a day). My vitamin A level was also low so I take additional vitamin A and I've always taken additional vitamin K. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Young Adult looking for some help

Just wanted to comment on the college part. Be sure that you talk to the college about accomodations. As I recall, although it's been 15 years, I was listed as disabled without having disability or medicare or anything. This allowed me to be excused from attendance requirements in language...
