My son has liver disease and he is being followed by the docs at the Lied Transplant center at UNMC. I don't know much about the there CF team but their transplant team is awesome!
My son has been on flagyl as well as oral vanco.
We use probiotics daily even when he has good stools and I also mix 6-8 oz of plain yogert in with his tube feedings. I don't know if the yogert helps or not but it gives more peace of mind so I continue to use it.
