yeah, i have clubbing too. not too bad. mostly only doctors notice it. friends and acquaintances have not mentioned it though. i, of course, notice it, but am not self conscience about it or anything. dark nail polish makes it look worse. i have had acrylic nails before and that covers it...

i have tried both and i think that pulmozyme works much, much better! mucomyst is stinky and it did not help my lungs at all. and yes, i take pulmozyme twice a day....
