Pain medicine is another option. My docs (esp when in the hospital) are not fans of letting me have suppressants. (That being said, I use hydromet cough syrup at home when exhaustion from not sleeping kicks in) They prefer to prescribe pain meds to take the edge off so I keep coughing stuff up...

I agree, this past year has been really rough on me too. I been on at least three or four iv bouts for 4-6 weeks twice culturing one bug resistant to everything. Always a fun time. I'm still feeling like I'm not actually better, just as "better as I'm going to get". Hopefully with the warmer...

I definitely like the idea of finding a class or something. I may have to look into that and see what I can find. I really enjoy dancing and was doing ballroom classes for a while until I moved, so maybe I can find that here. That's nice because just when I think I can't do anymore the song ends...
