maybe the IV meds they have had you on need to be changed... or maybe you are having airway restriction from asthma/bronchiactasis like symptoms, and may need to be on prednisone/steroids.  i just got off 3 weeks of ivs my self and my pfts had not improved hardly at all and i was still feeling...

oh and by the way, if you are not on hypertonic saline...you should try it out! some people swear by it, while others dont...but for me it is  one of the single greatest things they have came out with in my opinion... who knew something so simple and natural as salt water, could do such amazing...
