Sean, I think I understand what you are feeling. It is very often that I get just pissed and angry at CF and the fact that I have CF. The crazy thing is that then, I start to feel guilty because I think I should be "grateful" for everything I have. I try to feel grateful, but then I get even...

I am an RN and yes, that is just medical lingo for what the patient has. For example, when I write on the patient's chart, the "diagnosis" is the direct reason they are there, and the "history" is just basically every other medical issues they may have, such as CF, COPD, cancer, heart disease...

It's so funny that you posted this, because I am in a very similar situation. I have felt really tired lately and also feel like i could sleep forever, which I sometimes seem to. I make the excuse that because I work nights, I just need more sleep to switch back and forth when I have a few days...

Just looking at CF here, in many cases people with CF can have difficulty absorbing the fat-soluble vitamins, which are A,D,E, and K. For that reason, I am on the ADEK vitamin, even though I am pancreatic sufficient.
One of the important uses of vitamin K is for its blood clotting factor. I am...

I am also pancreatic sufficient and have had issues with constipation on and off for years. At one point it actually got so bad I had to stay out of school for about a week because of the pain. Miralax is very good, but sometimes can take a day or so to "kick in".

Hi,
Well, when my husband and I got married, I was 20 and he was 21, and just celebrated our 2nd anniversary, so I suppose we are one of those young couples. In addition, recently we have started to try to conceive. I would like to say that CF didn't play a role in my decision making at all, but...

I was wondering if anyone has experienced implantation bleeding in their pregnancies, and how much it was and how long it lasted. Thanks
