I did not have any side effects from Cayston but I too have seen someone post about this happening to them. However, sometimes when I start my Colistin month I feel crappy. Like flu like and coughing but after a week it is gone. Hang in there. Contact doc since you mentioned fever....

I was told it was an inhaled antibiotic that you are on for one month and off for two months. It is lipsome encased so it gets to all the cells in your body and you do not pee out like the other antibiotics we inhale are water soluable so you pee some out.

I am not sure AT ALL how a person could live on that... I know some people get SSDI and SSI but I think if your SSDI is higher than what they would pay you for SSI then you do not get SSI. I am not sure of an answer for you but maybe Beth Sufian who is a lawyer for CF cases and has CF would have...

CF is different for everyone unfortunately. So what happens to one person may or may not happen to another. 3 exacerbations in 16 months just means she is having issues obviously but there is no "normal" with CF. Sorry she is having such a hard time. I know she is little so formal exercise could...

I have problems with that same thing with Cipro and what I MUST do is eat something before I take it or else I will throw up or feel like throwing up. So maybe try that. I also only do 500mg 3 times a day. You are on a big dose if you are doing 750mg 3 times a day. You also can ask for Zofran it...
