Can someone please explain the difference to me? Is this similiar to her MRSA which doesn't actually go away but can be "dormant"? How will this affect her lungs in the long run vs. when it was non mucoid?

I found a news articly on CF & Ibuprofen used for inflamation. Holly takes zithro 3x weekly for inflamation. does anyone use Ibuprofen for inflamation? Does it work better than zithro?

This happened to Holly shortly after she started on pulmozyne & it turend out to be blood streacked sputum & come to find out her lungs were very irritated from the pulmozyne being done too frequently so my doc just had us cut back 1 treatment a day.
