I totally agree with melx!!! CFRD is just too strange. I can get the lows of 40-60 too! This happens to me in late afternoon / before dinner. Bottom line is really is just a constant monitoring and supplementing with food or juice or insulin when needed. Jennifer 38 with CF and CFRD
