We've noticed that the cups have slight differences (enough to be a pain in the tail). I assume it's a plastic molding issue.
Solution - The Sharpie. Mark each set with a different colored sharpie (blue, black and red seem to work the best).

Jeremy can blow a spec-friggin-tacular peak flow, and have his important numbers drop. The U of MN clinic looks at the FEV1 and FVC as diagnostic criteria.
As many posters have mentioned, what clinic you have your sweat test done at is important. Did you have it done at a CF facility, or your normal doctor office?

The weight loss is concerning, but 41 lbs is average weight for a 5 year old girl.
I would say it is best to put your mind at ease by having her sweat tested.
