I used to have extremely bad insomnia. Getting healthier has mostly resolved my sleep issues. I'm not saying I sleep as well as a "normal" person. But I sleep better than I have in many years. I still sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and still sometimes wake up too...

You cold keep a log -- diet, allergen exposures, etc. You could track her PH balance and see if that's good. I've never used PH strips but I know some folks do. It was my body, so I just tracked improvements by how I felt. Continue reading up on environmental factors and gradually implement...
