A few years ago, I ended up getting MRSA in my sinuses. It took 3 surgeries and about 2 months of IV vanc to get rid of it. I've now had 5 MRSA-free cultures. I would absolutely not screw around with this. If it were me, I would hit it hard with IV vanc. It's a total pain in the butt...

I agree to an extent. I spent time lifting in the gym with a trainer for some time, and I felt really great. The 1st problem was I picked up a bacteria that landed me in the hospital and I lost everything I had gained. Problem 2 ( and I think this is what the Incomudrox's nutritionist was...
At this point you may need a few weeks of IV antibiotics, but being that young I think exercise (once you're feeling better) is going to be your best option to augment your treatments. You can medicate yourself until it comes out your ears, but you have to stay active to keep your lungs healthy.

I haven't heard of it, but based on the name NB-401, I would bet it's still an investigational drug. If that's the case, you could try and find out which centers are involved in the study and see if you qualify. Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you. I wish you the best of luck.

Yancee, It's a nice easy study. I'm good friends with the principle investigator. Strangely enough I knew him before I started really doing a lot of studies (especially in nuclear medicine). We usually have lunch at Fuel and Fuddle after the study.
