We did TOBI without albuterol. The albuterol wasn't added until we started Hypertonic Saline. It is hard with kids this age because they might not have the right words to describe that their airways are tightening.

Wow I take it you guys are home on antibiotics and not in the hospital, thank goodness. I sure hope your daughter recovers from her damonia really soon!
As far as the liver enzymes, Katy's were elevated as well and they put her on Ursodiol and that took care of it.
I wish I could fly us all...
