I posted a similar response in a blog, but since I am sure it will be removed shortly I would like to make the point in the forum.

I doubt you will find any studies on this that show any significant order benefit. I think if you are being compliant doing both HS and Pulmo then you have 98% of the benefit. Maybe there is something like a 2% benefit of doing one before the other, but I believe that will just be theory of...
