I agree with the previous poster. Each child's coughing is different. It is important to watch your child to determine what is normal for her. Then if her cough changes you will know to tell her doctor.
My daughter does not cough except some when she uses the neb.

He said that it is fine for Emma to be around it occassionally. Just try to keep her out of the direct line of the smoke.
