We haven't had to deal with CFRD (Cystic Fibrosis Related Diabetes) yet, but there is such a thing, and it comes to my mind when I saw your post. Hopefully others will jump on with more info. The pancreas can pretty much shut down with CF, and the pancreas produces insulin.

CF doc appointment went great, and I kept my head about me and was able to ask the questions that I already know the answers to, but I needed to hear the answers again from the doc.
