Well I havent changed my regimen at all since I have been on hypertonic saline, and I feel that even though hypertonic saline is a really good drug you should still do your vest eventhough it may seem you have gotten everything up robert, you still need to at least move it around with the vest...

Well one way to know its working is she'll cough, thats what it did to me until it cleared me all up now I only cough when I have a cold or something. Im not sure about the age thing though, sorry cant help you out in that part.

I turn the tv. up loud enough for me to at least hear most of what is going on. I also get on the computer sometimes or read a book, I admit it is hard trying to read while on the vest but Im not complaining. Sometimes I do dishes or just sit there and think or listen to my mp3 player or close...
