My son (12) has one per 6gms fat content of food as per previous post. The general guideline is to not exceed one Creon 10(000) per each kg of body weight. My son has about 5 - 6 per meal 3-4 per snack, depending on the fat content of the food (he weighs around 41kgs).

Would that be Staph Aureous (sp?), which is another common bug with CF. When you mentioned green mucus it sounded like Staph to me...
I have heard and read that if Staph is cultured there is less likelihood of culturing PA...I dont know how true this is, although my daughter has...
