Interesting letteer from Warwick. It sounds like some of you switch your frequency as you use the vest. Do any of you release a hose and take deep breaths occassionally? I have just been keeping it at one frequency throughout my time and no releasing of hoses. I'll have to try switching it...

Since my pregnancy I have been trying to increase my Vest stanima. However, I am not sure what to increase to. I use my Vest 3 times a day for about 15 minutes with a Freq of 12 and a Pressure of 5.5.
