Ive used one of them when I was doing some sanding and staining adn painting in my garage, I believe it helped but it was annoying and it got hot, but its worth wearing, I had no problems breathing.

I liked that info, very interesting. My nails are normaly hard sometimes soft depending on how long they have been in water and they are a little clubbed, I have pretty healthy looking nails I think.

I was on coliston and it made me short of breath, so I had my doc take me off of it, and put me on Tobi. I havent been on coliston ever since.

Its actually kind of hard to pick these out sometimes, I think because when were not sick and look very healthy is when its the hardest.
