health baseline- first visit at CF clinic
Firstly...Goodness, you have a lot of life changing things happening right now!
There should be a doctor on call for anytime you are sick or are having symptoms that are worrisome. We did manual percussion during my pregnancy, as it was easier (I didn't have the accapella, but did have the flutter, which I used in the shower, usually, if I was feeling congested, and I didn't know about the short "chest vest"- as opposed to the full vest).
I used my Xopenex (refined Albuterol) and Pulmozyme during my pregnancy. I also developed gestational diabetes, so my excercise was simply getting through the day (it made me very, very tired if it got out of whack- that was my first symptoms of it- short of breath and tired).
If you need extra calories, there are lots of good tips in the nutrition section and the pregnancy section- you might just want to read through and see what appeals to you <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> .
You will probably want to make a list of every question you can think of, and take it to your appointment. That way you won't forget any when you get there...
I hope this helps a little...
