Allergies Need Help

Hello,

I do take my flonase regularly although only in the mornings because like you said headaches every time. Since this allergie attack has happened I have been taking Flonase twice daily. I will be seeing the DR tomorrow and I will let you all know what I find out.

Tell your doc you have had it with Flonase and you want something better like Nasacort AQ.

No reason to squirt alcohol up your nose with Flonase.

Hello this is my update seen the DR this am. I will be starting IVs tonight I am on Merrium (sp?) 3 times a day, Vancomycin 2 times a day, and Tobramycin 1 time a day. My FEV1 is at 33% which is down from 46% last month. My lungs are filled with crap and I am very short on breath. I got some codein (sp?) cough medicine and some little jell caps to coat my throat.

I am also begining to use Nasalcort AQ today Thank you Sakasuka for the info on that.

Just wanted to let you all know what I will be doing for the next 2-3 weeks. I did a sputum culture and should have the results in a week.

Just goes to show how closely the nose is related to the lungs.

I hope the IV's do the trick! keep us posted...
